The Antinori Chianti Classico "Badia a Passignano" is produced from pure Sangiovese. The careful cellar techniques and the particularly suitable area make it a product of sure quality, fruit also of selected grapes. Aging takes place in barriques and lasts 14 months , followed by another 12 months in the bottle . Intense ruby color, the nose arrives with an excellent note of ripe fruit combined with a valuable freshness. On the palate it is perceived a typical tannicity of the grapes but very sweet, due to the long aging. Excellent persistence with once again references to ripe fruit.
