"La Luna and I Falò", Barbera d'Asti Superiore DOCG participates in the so-called " Superbarbera " project, a few hectares selected and made particularly low . For a perfect balance between structure and aromas, grapes from vineyards with slightly different soils and microclimates are assembled. Traditional vinification with 10-day maceration at a temperature of 30 °, followed by malolactic fermentation. 12 months in barrique complete the work giving a wine with a robust, tasty and multi-faceted structure. Complexity and elegance are not lacking .
