The Caberlot of the " Il Carnasciale " estate owes its name to a natural cross between Cabernet Franc and Merlot, born in the province of Arezzo, not too far from the Chianti Classico area. His story begins in the years when the Rogosky spouses of German origin buy the estate and immediately fall in love with this particular but rare crossing. The production is only 3500 Magnum bottles numbered strictly by hand . Caberlot refines in barriques for 22 months plus another 18 in bottles. The choice to find the type of barrique capable of perfectly balancing power and elegance lasted for years, but today makes us a sumptuous wine.
