In the famous territory of Greve in Chianti the vines that give orignie to this great red are cultivated: "Cabreo il Borgo" . Assembled with Sangiovese and Cabernet Sauvignon, it perfectly combines the elegance and flavor of the former with the roundness of the latter. Vinified separately, the two grapes are combined in French oak barrels where they are then refined. The overall duration of the refinement is about two years , also considering the 6 months in bottle that I conclude the process. At sight it is brilliant, ruby red. Undergrowth, raspberry, leather will satisfy your senses and make you remember it.
