"La Pietra" from Tenute del Cabreo was one of the first Italian wines to refine in French wood, and it does so for about a year. During this period the " Batonnage " technique is applied, which simply consists of a mixing of the must to bring the yeasts and lees back to the surface deposited on the bottom of the container. The final result is a very successful white, bright golden color and with a vanilla and ripe peaches bouquet. In the mouth it arrives very complex but without being affected by its harmony.
