Elegant and refined Charmat method sparkling wine with its marked softness. Apple, pear, wild rose, are just some of the scents that accompany the creamy perlage with every sip.

Cartizze is a small area named among the lush hills of Valdobbiadene . A crù where the quality of prosecco reaches its absolute maximum . The height varies from 200 to 300 meters with excellent ventilation, the mountains behind it sheltering the area and the stratified soil allows the vine to go deep and assimilate all that sensation which it then transmits to the palate. And it is right here, in the area of Cartizze Alto that Col Vetoraz has its vineyards to produce this wine. A final product that is in the Olympus of Prosecco.
