Bruno paillard

Bruno Paillard was born in 1981 by his namesake Bruno Paillard. Bruno is descended from a family of growers, so he was initiated from an early age into the world of viticulture. While eternally grateful to the family, Bruno feels the need to detach himself from it: he wants to experiment, he wants to create something new, something that is exclusively his and unique. Bruno Paillard has invested everything in his great dream, he even sold his Jaguar to finance the initial capital of his company. Thus was born in 1981 the maison Bruno Paillard which today produces 500,000 bottles of champagne appreciated worldwide. Its vineyards cover about 32 hectares and, of these, as many as 12 are classified as Grand Cru: it is amazing if you consider that in the whole Champagne area only less than 6% of the vineyards are classified as Grand Cru. The production and sale of Bruno Paillard champagnes are extremely limited: both for the respect for the territory and because, in order to maintain very high quality standards, only the must deriving from the first pressing is used. Bruno Paillard's company applies the so-called raisonnée viticulture which consists in limiting as much as possible the use of chemical substances and in favoring rural farming systems, the harvest is in fact exclusively manual.
