Costadilà

A tiny hamlet in Tarzo, in the province of Treviso, called Costa di là, houses the eponymous winery, excellent in the field of natural wines. The Costa di là agricultural company was founded in 2006 by two friends, in the heart of the classic Prosecco area , giving life to wines with an antique flavor starting from the native Glera. This time, however, the result is not a classic Prosecco, but a sparkling white wine "Sur li" , refermented in the bottle, without the addition of sulfur anitride , thanks to indigenous yeasts . The wine is turbid in the bottle, with particles in suspension (yeasts), enjoy it after shaking it to find the flavors of the past or pour it gently leaving the yeasts at the bottom of the bottle, what matters is the awareness of being in front of a quality natural wine, with all the qualities and defects that this can have.
