Soldera

Just south of Montalcino, in the 70s, Gianfranco Soldera and his wife began producing wine on a vineyard surface of just 23 hectares . The aim was immediately to create a Brunello of great value . Over the years they have been using cutting-edge cellar techniques and always keeping an eye on nature, only organic substances, herbicides and pesticides are banned in the vineyard! The work starts from the winter with pruning and continues in the summer with a careful peeling to ensure the best lighting and maturation of the fruit. Pure Sangiovese does not use the addition of selected yeasts in the cellar and the long years of aging pass in large Slavonian barrels. All the secrets of the "Soldera" label are here , wines that each year gain more value in your cellar, but which are difficult to resist! Brunello di Montalcino Riserva DOCG "Case Basse" is certainly one of the best known Italian excellences in the world! From the extraordinary aging potential it bears on the label a dolphin, a sacred symbol of the God Dionysus (Bacchus for the Romans).
