Made from Sangiovese, Merlot and Syrah grapes, harvested in September. Fermentation, with maceration on the skins, takes place in stainless steel tanks at 26-28 ° C. After malolactic fermentation, the wine is aged for about 9 months in large Slavonian oak barrels and a small part in barriques before bottling. Ruby red in color, with a clear nose of violet, cherry and raspberry, with smoky notes given by aging in wood. In the mouth it is balanced, with soft tannins and good flavor.
