Produced exclusively from Sauvignon Blanc grapes, harvested only by hand in the first and third week of September. Attems then carries out the fermentation in stainless steel tanks and in oak barrels at a controlled temperature. Subsequently the aging takes place for 2 months in oak barriques and for 4 months in stainless steel tanks.
Wine characterized by a clear golden yellow color with greenish reflections. It presents a complex bouquet with delicate and elegant hints of green pepper, tomato leaf and sage, followed by fruity notes of ripe peach and melon. On the palate it is fresh and aromatic, intense and enveloping, with a long aromatic persistence
