All the products purchased on www.winemust.com are shipped by WineMust Srl - VAT Number 01205700253 – Piazza Dei Martiri 26/E – 32100 Belluno (BL), Italy. Shipments are made by express courier within the day following the order execution if you choose a product marked with 48H shipping. The products purchased are then delivered throughout ITALY within 24/48 working hours starting from the order (for some difficult to reach areas delivery takes place in 72 hours). For EUROPE, delivery is scheduled for a period of 3 to 7 working days starting from the order. Delivery takes place from Monday to Friday. In the case of products not available in 48H, the shipping can take place between 5 and 10 Business Days.

In case of payment by bank transfer, the order is processed only when the payment is credited: if the payment is not made within 6 days, the order will be cancelled.
