Trento Doc with a unique elegance, obtained from the wise cuvée of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir hand-picked and with permanence on the lees for at least 24 months, for a pure, sincere product, the result of the best expression of an extraordinary terroir and of the man who has sensed the character and potential.

The color is bright straw yellow, soft and abundant foam, thin and persistent perlage.
On the nose it has good and fine intensity, with light hints of apple and bread crust.
The Zero Dosage processing allows to maintain and enhance the delicate fruit notes and in the mouth it is dry and firm with hints of pear and a good acidulous vein.

It goes well with shoulder ham, parmesan and fish appetizers, shellfish, sushi and sashimi, but also a total combination for a summer lunch.
