The Etna Rosso Doc 2017 of Tenuta delle Terre Nere is born in the hills at the foot of the volcano from Nerello Mascalese grapes with a small addition of Nerello Cappuccio . Next to younger plants it is possible to find, in the 30 hectares of the Tenuta delle Terre Nere , vines ranging in age from 50 to 140, born and grown on volcanic soils with a great minerality. The aging of the grapes lasts about a year with 10 months in wood and a rapid passage in steel. Ruby color with a bouquet of ripe red fruit and sweet spices that immediately invites you to taste. In the mouth it is fine and with a good balance, stands out for its freshness and good intensity that accompanies the long finish.
