The impervious road that led to this excellent champagne begins in 2002, when finally the vigilant authority grants Pascal Agrapart to use the grape juice from its vineyards as "liquer de tirage" . This triggers a second fermentation, and after years of trials and failures, finally we have achieved success, with a unique product, in the true sense of the word . The nose aromas are suspended between a classic Champagne and an evolved still white. On a mineral background they play citrus and balsamic notes.
