Via del Campo is an explosion of fruit and minerality, the most classic one can expect from Falanghina. As for traction, Quintodecimo produces its wines from grapes coming from a single cru in the domains of the company, then vinifying Falanghina in purity.
Golden hue and very wide aromas, from apple, pineapple, through the vegetable, to sumptuous salty and mineral tones . During fermentation it stays in small oak barrels that give the wine notes of menthol and toasted, emphasizing the enveloping structure. A few years in the bottle will certainly make the bouquet finer, but this does not immediately make it an excellent product .
