The 2010 Perlé is one of the last years of the Ferrari Perlé line. Bubbles of undisputed value and recognized throughout the world as an icon of Italian style. Millesimato Blanc de Blancs produced through the careful selection of Chardonnay grapes from the mountain vineyards located in the Trento area - the region with the highest concentration of wine in Italy - and harvested by hand.
Since 1971 the tradition of Ferrari bubbles has been perpetuated over the years, providing each year with the Italian tradition of processing, but keeping pace with the times and needs of the most demanding palates. The 2010 vintage was characterized by constant temperatures and good rainfall during the summer, in particular August, and a stable time around September which guaranteed the correct maturation of the grapes. The grapes reached maturity with good acidity and aromatic complexity.
At the sight it has a straw yellow color with golden reflections that show a consistent and refined perlage. On the nose, the Ferrari Perlé 2010 evokes the aromas of Ranetta apple, citrus fruits and almond blossoms. Finally, the palate is characterized by a very strong contrast between flavor and freshness that ends with a toasted and citrus flavor.
