Pure Pinot Noir, the Franciacorta Riserva Dosaggio Zero "Francesco Iacono" from " Tenuta Villa Crespia " represents the flagship product of the winery and undoubtedly reaches very high quality levels. Grapes selected and harvested by hand in one of the best areas, which give life to this product only in particularly favorable years. 70 months of rest on the yeasts give it an extraordinary complexity and breadth , with a minerality that hits the mark. Intense golden color, very fine perlage. Before the candied fruit and pastry notes, on the nose, comes a delicate and inviting chalk minerality. It then opens on toasted notes, honey, saffron .. really very broad. On the palate, a marked sapidity emerges that surrounds a full wine, well supported by a large acid shoulder. Very long persistence. Ideal for not disfiguring in your best occasions .
