Jacquesson's Cuvée 737 Dégorgement Tardif was produced for the first time in 2009 and was immediately a success. Cuvée composed with a blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Meunier, from the Grand and Premier Cru of the Vallée de la Marne and the Côte des Blancs . In addition to wines from the same harvest, it includes the addition of vins de rèserve, already being refined for several years in the winery of the maison. The appellation Dégorgement Tardif indicates a refinement on the yeasts of the wine for over 7 years , superior then to the traditional cuvée 737. Production of about 15,000 bottles. Very fine champagne, with excellent minerality.
