Champagne AOC When in 1968 Bernard de Nonacourt decided to introduce this particular Cuvée Rosé to the market, he thought that to exalt it he had to change the type of bottle that contained it. No longer the classic champagnotta too recognizable, but a more graceful bottle, characterized by almost feminine curves. Rosa is the label, Rosa is the very elegant case that contains the bottle, Rosa is the color that Pinot Noir gives to this excellent champagne. Capture the eye with a brilliant rose-gold that turns to salmon, with a fine and persistent perlage, opening on notes of wild strawberries, currants, black cherries, followed by aromatic herbs and silica, pan-brioche and acacia honey. The sip is surprisingly fresh, almost sharp, the fruity returns to dominant. It closes very long. Versatile champagne, it goes perfectly with the whole meal; perfect with smoked salmon and raw shellfish.
