Lugana Benedictus is obtained from a particular selection of grapes, which, chosen among the most mature, after harvesting, stay for a day in contact with the must, at a low temperature. A soft pressing and careful vinification, thermocontrolled, are followed to guarantee a product with great personality. It has a straw yellow color with hints of golden hues that reach more intense tones with aging in the bottle. Delicate and pleasant to the nose with notes of exotic fruit, hints of acacia flowers and hints of spices; it is fresh, supported by an important minerality, with excellent taste-olfactory persistence. It is particularly suitable with fish both from the lake and from the sea, with risottos, but also with dishes that are richer in flavor such as delicate meats and cheeses. Serve chilled, at 12 ° -13 ° C in a large glass.
