Details

Ferrari Perlé Bianco Riserva 2009 is the top among the bubbles of Ferrari cellars. Produced in the area with the highest concentration of wine, Trentodoc is an Italian sparkling wine famous throughout the world. The particularity of these bubbles are the Trentino aromas that distinguish it, the thirst-quenching taste and the very fine and persistent perlage.

The Ferrari Perlé Bianco 2009 is a Millesimato Blanc de Blancs obtained from a careful selection of Chardonnay grapes grown at an optimal altitude. A perfect mix of aroma and taste that comes from the Ferrari tradition and continues with the Lunelli family. In particular, the 2007 vintage produces the top of the range of bubbles thanks to the mild temperatures and the absence of adverse atmospheric phenomena.

The Perlé sparkling line continues its tradition, begun in 1971 by Giulio Ferrari, with the Ferrari Perlé 2009 Trentodoc . Golden yellow bubbles with the typical smell of the Trentino hills: citrus aromas (bergamot, lime), vanilla and peach. The flavor is intense and creamy, characterized by freshness and a final citrus flavor. He skilfully approaches all the main shellfish dishes, especially with prawn-based first courses, but also with sausages such as culatello.
