At 600m meters above sea level, from small plots located at the foot of the Brenta Dolomites in Bleggio Superiore, in the Guidicarie Valleys and in the Valle di Cavedine. Undoubtedly particular Pinot Grigio , due to the unconventional soils for the cultivation of this blend. Mainly obtained from late Pinot Grigio grapes , harvested by hand . Vinification made entirely in steel in order not to alter the marked characteristics of aromaticity and freshness. Cavit's Rulendis is a wine with an intense straw yellow color. On the nose, important notes of sage and rosemary on a mineral background, surround the fruity aromas reminiscent of green apple and pear . Delineated and flavored to taste, covered with vibrant freshness. Ideal to be served with freshwater fish, such as trout or char, to be tasted absolutely also with meat carpaccio .
