Details

Vineyards located in the hills around the farm center with variable exposure but with prevalence in the south on entirely marly soil. The grapes are entirely harvested by hand, perfectly ripe and in the coolest hours of the morning. In a short time they arrive in the cellar, where a soft pressing of the whole grapes is made. The flower must thus obtained, after a first racking, is placed in fermentation tanks at a controlled temperature. The wine therefore remains on its fine lees for at least 8 months and then bottled 8-9 months after harvest.
