The Trento Spumate Classic Method Brut Grape Reserve of Altemasi Winery is born in the hilly areas higher and more suited to Trentino sparkling wine.
It is produced at 70% from Chardonnay and 30% from Pinot Nero grapes, all selected and harvested manually. After fermentation, which takes place at a controlled temperature, the wine is aged for 60 months on the lees.
The Grail Reserve is characterized by a golden color with slight greenish shades. The perlage is persistent and the froth is pleasantly creamy. The nose opens with very fine notes of honey, enriched with light and refined hints of ripe apple and hazelnut. On the palate it is pleasantly austere, full and refined.
It is ideal in combination with light fish-based aperitifs and seafood risotto, it is excellent with fish fillets and noble poultry recipes.
