Ferrari Riserva Lunelli 2007 is a Trentodoc of noble structure produced exclusively in the vineyards of Villa Margon, a splendid sixteenth-century villa belonging to the Ferrari brand. A mix that embraces tradition and innovation of the fermentation method of the Italian sparkling wine house. The only one of its kind is left to ferment in original Austrian oak barrels as it was made in the fifties under the guidance of Bruno Lunelli.
The Ferrari Riserva Lunelli is aged in bottle for at least 7 years that distinguish it for a complex and structured flavor that easily approaches with different courses. The Ferrari chef Alfio Ghezzi recommends pairing with a first course based on veal ragu or with a rustic butter and anchovy focaccia from Cetara.
