Ronchi San Giuseppe's Ribolla Gialla Spumantizzata is produced with the Charmat method from grapes grown on vineyards of about twenty years in the municipality of Corno di Rosazzo. The foaming takes place at low temperature in
autoclaves, with a minimum stay of six months. Straw yellow in color with a fine and persistent perlage , it expresses inviting fruity aromas on the nose and a not too marked acidity on the palate.
