Excellent product from the Villa Ruzzis winery. The " Sauvignon Bleu " grapes are harvested strictly by hand in the coolest hours of the morning and immediately transferred to the cellar, where they are squeezed whole. Fermentation and aging take place in oak barrels, for a total of 18 months. Assembled in a steel tank, where it remains for at least 4 months, to then be bottled. Bottle aging period of about 8 months.
Enter the nose elegant and vibrant with the typical scents of Sauvignon Blanc, peach with white paste, white flowers and light tomato leaf; on the palate it is a wine that excites, great minerality , freshness, flavor are all well coordinated by the wise use of wood that does not mask the varietal characteristics but rather enhances them, and it is precisely in the aftertaste that the varietal notes are clearly perceived classic, leaving very persistent flavors and sensations in the mouth after tasting.
