A particular selection of grapes from a small vineyard of just 0.97 hectares planted in 1980 on the
hilly area of Montello, north of Venice, in the historic area of Prosecco Superiore . Il Tasso is the only Glera vineyard of the Loredan Gasparini company planted with the "Ritocchino" system. Thanks to this particular situation it develops a very important structure, typical of Prosecco Asolo, but also an elegant and refined bouquet that is not the one commonly found in similar products. The second fermentation follows the Martinotti method and takes place in an autoclave for a period of 90 days, using indigenous yeasts that always offer an incredible bond between the wine and its terroir.
