The Costadilà winery was founded with the aim of rediscovering and enhancing the Glera grape for what it was, with authentic flavors now almost forgotten. Sur Lie natural wines , orange in color, refermented in the bottle with indigenous yeasts still present on the bottom. Wines suitable for a whole meal, generous and of great quality. Distinct hints of ripe fruit, excellent minerality and very characteristic slightly bitter finish due to yeasts. The not particularly visible perlage is well perceived in the mouth. A gem of biodynamic agriculture produced in a few thousand bottles. The "Mòz" bottle sees the muscat orange blossom in the characteristic glera, for a truly curious result.
