Antolini's Valpolicella Ripasso Classico Superiore DOC is made from grapes selected and harvested strictly by hand. The wine is made by passing the must over the pomace of the grapes withered of amarone and recioto. while aging will take 12 months in oak barrels and a few months in the bottle. Structured and complex, the Valpolicella Ripasso di Antolini is an intense ruby red, with olfactory sensations of red fruits supported by spicy notes. Warm and soft on the palate, it is enveloping and very soft.
