The Valpolicella Superiore Saltari from the Sartori winery is produced with local grapes such as Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella and Croatina. Classic Valpolicella, it is vinified from plants on calcareous soils with low yield, thus obtaining an excellent quality of the fruits. Following the vinification, about a year of aging in cask , which makes the tannins soft and persuasive . Ruby red in color, it reaches the nose with hints of currant and blackberry jam, a pleasant background of leather and tobacco. Wood in perfect harmony with floral scents. Structured and balanced in the mouth, without a doubt a quality wine !
