Dom Pérignon was a Benedictine monk who lived in the seventeenth century who, in history, is the one who "invented" Champagne. The name of this prestigious champagne, originally recorded by Eugène Mercier. The same was sold to Moët & Chandon. A rigorous selection procedure both in the vineyard and in the cellar ensures that only the best grapes come into this legendary wine. Chardonnay and Pinot Noir are used in approximately the same proportions, without a variety dominating the other. It is well structured. Complex, round, and full-bodied. On the nose, hints of yellow fruit. In the mouth it releases aromas of toasted almonds. From the long finish. Persistent and fine perlagè.
